Investment options

Option 1: Real Estate Investment Fund – EUR 250,000

━━    Invest a minimum of EUR 250,000 in a real estate fund approved by the Hungarian Government. The real estate fund will issue investment certificates for the investment made. Investors are required to hold the investment certificate of the real estate fund for a minimum of five years.

 

Option 2: Donation to a Hungarian Public Trust – EUR 1 million

━━    Investor must make a monetary donation of at least EUR 1 million to an institution operated by a Hungarian Public Trust performing public functions.
